Contacts and types of subscribers

Use this page to see who is receiving information from you, find out if someone unsubscribed, or the date that a contact was created.
There are three types of subscribers:
Subscribed
Customers allowing to receive marketing notifications from you. They can subscribe to email, phone, or both types of channels.
Non-subscribed
Customers that neither explicitly unsubscribed nor explicitly subscribed. We may have obtained their email because they placed an order, but didn't choose to receive marketing content.
Unsubscribed
Customers that explicitly opted out from your contacts list after receiving marketing content.
